Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using any Spectra product (Spectra SEO, Spectra Content, or Spectra Reputation), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Cosmos Web Tech, a division of Ganda Tech Services, Australia.

2. The Service

Spectra provides AI-powered SEO analysis, content linking, and reputation management tools for Wix, WordPress, and Ghost CMS platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Free tiers are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. Paid plans include a 99% monthly uptime SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact support@g-t-s.com.au within 7 days of first charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate any third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Spectra
  • Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits
  • Resell or sublicense access to Spectra without prior written consent
  • Submit content containing malware, spam, or deceptive material

5. Intellectual Property

Spectra and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by Cosmos Web Tech / Ganda Tech Services. The service is licensed to you, not sold. Your content remains your property; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or review volumes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
